All of our dishes are sold frozen, with the exception of the ones we're making today -- in which case those would be refrigerated.

For pick-up: Would you like us to have it hot and ready to eat? Please give us a call, 404.228.3260, 3 hours prior to the time you'd like to pick-up. (Please don't email your order as we are busy in the kitchen and don't always have an opportunity to check email. Thank you!) If you are running behind on calling, we can get it started in our oven and you can finish it in yours! Additionally, we encourage you to arrive as close to on-time as possible. The dish runs a risk of over cooking and drying-out if we have to hold it for too long past the scheduled pick-up time. Also, please keep in mind that you should schedule a pick-up of a heated dish as close to the time you will be eating -- again, holding a dish on "warm" does tend to dry it out after a period of time. Approximate Heating Times in Your Oven (these vary depending on your oven's temperature and the dish itself):
Small: Frozen, 2-1/2 hours - Thawed, 1 hour
Medium: Frozen, 3 hours - Thawed, 1 hour and 30 minutes
Large: Frozen, 3-1/2 to 4 hours - Thawed, 2 hours and 30 minutes
Approximate Serving Sizes (depending upon appetites, occasion, etc.): Small: serves 2-4, Medium: serves 4-6, Large: serves 8-10
