Chicken Divan 15.50/31.00/46.50
The Chicken Divan is the doyenne of casserole recipes. Like Brooke Astor, she never goes out of style! We have incorporated basmati rice into our dish, a healthy addition to a classic that stands on its own. Perfect for dinner or a gift, you'll be a fan of our Chicken Divan!

Ingredient Highlights: Chicken Breasts, Leeks, Olive Oil, Fresh Broccoli, Parmesan, Basmati Rice, Dijon Mustard, and a splash of Sherry

Meatloaf  15.50 (per loaf)
An extremely flavorful & moist all-beef meatloaf topped with a delicious tomato glaze & creamy mashed potatoes.  Leftovers make great sandwiches! 

Ingredient Highlights:  Lean ground beef, onions,bread crumbs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, tomato, house-made mashed potatoes
Orecchiette & Cheese (Vegetarian) 15.00/29.00/43.00
Orecchiette translates to "little ears" and this fun pasta creates a little scoop to hold in the cheesy goodness! This creamy and wonderful dish is perfect for all hungry souls- vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. Filling and rich, the Orecchiette & Cheese deliciously pairs well with a light salad and crusty bread.

Ingredient Highlights: Orecchiette Pasta, Gruyère, Sharp Cheddar, Provolone, and Bay Leaf and Black Peppercorn infused Béchamel

Eggplant Parmesan (Vegetarian) 15.50/31.00/46.50
Crusted with Panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, slices of eggplant are then baked and layered with a house-made marinara and Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Back on our menu by popular demand, this dish makes for an excellent entree- or think about the Eggplant Parmesan when heading to your potluck buffet!

Betsy's recipe enhances this classic Southern standard with basil in her housemade drop biscuits. Certainly a crowd-pleasing comfort dish. Delicious!

Ingredient Highlights: Chicken, Basil Drop Biscuits, Aromatic Vegetables and Sweet Spring Peas

Black Bean & Polenta (Vegan)  15.00/29.00/43.00
A sweet & savory dish with carrots, onions and apples sauteed slowly in dark brown sugar, cumin & oregano.  Mixed with black beans and served over sauteed polenta. Wonderful as a main dish or a side!

Baked Ziti with Beef 15.50/31.00/46.50
What are the children going to eat?! Loved by kids of any age, this casserole made with three cheeses, lean beef, and a housemade marinara is always a hit for the whole family.

WARM-WEATHER PARTY MENU!

All items on this Warm-Weather menu will be prepared fresh for your individual order, therefore we require a 5 day notice before you need these items.

Bistro Tenderloin:  served sliced with a choice of sauce (or both).      Argentine Chimichurri Sauce (fresh parsley, cilantro, oregano, onion & lime juice) or, Horseradish & Tarragon Cream (horseradish, sour cream & tarragon)  $10.00 per pound (serves 2)                                                     This tender beef is delicious alone with a sauce or, on a small roll as a sandwich. Pepperidge Farm Rolls:  .35 each
Pulled Barbecue Pork:  slowly roasted pork shoulder served with a choice of barbecue sauce (or both).  South Carolina Style (vinegar & mustard base) or, Kansas City Style (ketchup base)  $5.50 per half pound (serves 2) Serve on a roll for Sliders!  Pepperidge Farm Rolls:  .35 each
Pasta Salad (as a side or a wonderful Vegetarian entree):  Bow-tie pasta, Kalamata olives, roasted yellow squash & zucchini, spinach in a Champagne Vinaigrette  $5.00 per pint
Baked Beans:  fresh navy beans (soaked overnight), molasses, mustard, brown sugar & sliced bacon.  We're also happy to make a vegetarian version, upon request.  $5.00 per pint
Potato Salad:  small white potatoes, mayonnaise, whole-grain Dijon mustard, fresh dill, celery & onion.  $5.00 per pint
Traditional Deviled Eggs:  hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard.  .40 each

This gratin just makes your mouth water! Serve this side with barbeque chicken, grilled steak, or a marinated pork tenderloin- this dish makes an excellent pairing with almost any main course.

Spinach Pie (Vegetarian) 10.50/21.00/31.00
A big hit for book clubs or potluck buffets, this Greek-style dish is also a wonderful compliment to many meats at your own dinner party.

This is the classic American breakfast casserole! The family is in town and they have to be fed. there is an after-church potluck, you're hosting a wedding brunch- this is the casserole we all think about when we get together with those we hold near and dear.

This is an excellent option for a vegetarian classic American breakfast/brunch casserole!

DESSERT


The Cobbler's Cobbler  Market Price SML 2-4/MED 4-8
Years ago, the Casseroles' space was occupied by an older gentleman by the name of Walter John Payton. Mr. Payton was an expert cobbler and was patronized by shoe-wearied clients from up-and-down the East Coast. After Mr. Payton passed on, his presence apparently still occupies his old space. Out of honor and respect for Mr. Payton, we will always offer a seasonal and wonderful cobbler for your dinner party! Check out our menu for frequently changing cobblers!
