All of our dishes are sold frozen (with the exception of the ones we're making today -- in which case those would be refrigerated). We would be more than happy to have it heated for you and ready to eat -- with a 3 hours notice. Please call us with your order, 404.228.3260. (We get busy and don't always see emails.) If you are running behind on calling, we can get it started in our oven and you can finish it in yours!
HEATED DISHES FOR PICK-UP: If you would like us to heat one of our dishes to have "hot and ready to go", we encourage you to arrive as close to on-time as possible. The dish runs a risk of over cooking and drying-out if we have to hold it for too long past the scheduled pick-up time. Also, please keep in mind that you should schedule a pick-up of a heated dish as close to the time you will be eating -- again, holding a dish on "warm" does tend to dry it out after a period of time. Thank you!
